REFUND POLICY

All Spiceduck™ products are made to order. Each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selection
• Buyer’s remorse
• Preference changes

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

NON-DELIVERY / LOST PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.

If your order is confirmed lost in transit, reach out and we will assist with a replacement.
